How long does a repair process take?

Anywhere from a few minutes to a few weeks. Sometimes the solution can be immediate and your electronics will be repaired on the spot! Other times, parts might be rare and will need to be specially ordered, resulting in longer wait times. We’ll be sure to keep you posted on the progress of your repair.

My item is under warranty, will you still fix it?

If your item is under warranty, we recommend getting in touch with the manufacturer or the store you originally purchased the item from. Otherwise, we would be voiding the warranty by servicing your item.

Do you provide in-home repairs?

Unfortunately, we do not provide home services.

Do you repair custom electronics?

Yes, we do! Custom-built electronics are a specialty of ours and we’d be happy to take a look at your unique equipment.

Do you repair cell phones?

Sorry, we do not repair cell phones.

Do you repair televisions?

Sorry, we do not repair TV’s.

Do you repair kitchen equipment?

Sorry, we do not repair kitchen equipment or other household appliances.

Do you repair broken screens?

Unfortunately, it is not economical for us to repair broken screens on any electronic devices.

Do you repair electronics in bulk?

Yes, If you’re a business looking to restore multiple devices or if you’d like to establish an ongoing repair contract, please contact us with your request.

Do you repair brand name products?

Yes, we repair all brand names of electronics that are out of warranty. We have decades of experience with Sony, Samsung, Toshiba, RCA, Hitachi, and other well-known brands.

Am I able to drop-off or pick-up after hours?

We understand that some schedules are busy and that dropping off/picking up at regular hours might not work for you. If this is the case, please let us know and we’ll work with you to find a suitable time.
